Google Cash Review
Google Cash is, without a doubt, one
of the more original eBooks that I've read recently. For starters,
it focuses on making money online without a website.
This eBook shows you how the author,
Chris Carpenter, has created a fulltime online income by using
Google AdWords. What he does is send people directly to merchants
via Google using his affiliate link. Based on the price that he pays
per click, the conversion rates of the merchants and the commission
that they pay, he makes a lot of money.
The most well known example of what
he does is eBay. eBay pays $5.00 (or 4.00 euros) for everyone that
signs up via your link. So, he has managed to bid on a wide range of
keywords that generate sign ups. This alone has made him thousands
of dollars per month in the past.
One of the things that I really
liked about this eBook is that it is full of real life examples with
stats included. This makes it easy to see what you need to do.
Now, this approach to making money
online is not something that I do. I concentrate on getting free
visitors from search engines. Having said that, it's something well
worth trying and I know for a fact that it works. I'm often able to
get conversion rates as high as 10% by pointing visitors from search
engines to products. There is no reason to assume that the same
can't be done by using paid listings and sending them straight to
the merchant.
If you are thinking about giving
this a try, here are a few things that you need to concentrate on:
- Make sure you fully understand
the way that Chris chooses keywords. Some keywords will NOT make
you any money - others will make you lot. So, make sure you
concentrate on the good ones.
- Track every single campaign
that you set up. It's very important that you try to minimize
the number of wasted clicks. If a campaign isn't working, you
need to know about it and stop it immediately.
- Think in terms of profit. If a
campaign makes you $20 per month, that may not seem very
exciting. However, it is $20 per month. If you can set up 10
campaigns that get that return, you've made $200. 100 campaigns
= $2000. It's unlikely that you'll be able to set up one AdWords
campaign that will make you thousands but if you set up lots of
campaigns, you can easily make a lot of money.
Google Cash is actually one of those
books where you read it and it all sounds too easy. The old saying
"If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is" comes to mind.
However, after reading it right through and comparing it to my own
results from search engine traffic, it becomes clear. It's not easy
but it is a simple idea - they are often the best.
To sum it up, if you are willing to
follow Chris' advice to the letter, you will make money. If you are
willing to put some time and effort into it, you could make a lot of
money. To be honest, the possibilities are endless.
